Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Wharton, an IHG Hotel

I always enjoy staying here when Im in town. Every year my family has a three day campout during Memorial Day weekend and i always book a room here because i refuse to sleep outside so I am a forever customer. Thanks for always being so clean and friendly here.

We had some issues with check in, the computer system messed up our entire reservation and other family members of ours reservations. The woman at the front desk was AWESOME though, she handled everything very very well plus she works multiple jobs so I commend her on everything that she did for us plus how hard she works! However I would definitely take in to consideration how the computer system screwed everything up and how they really need to look into getting new bathtubs and fixing and painting the walls and doors in the rooms due to the fact that they look a little horror movie-isk. Other than those things our stay was great!
