Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Weatherford, an IHG Hotel

The front desk lady, Rhonda, was so friendly and helpful. We had a birthday sleepover for my daughter and her friends and Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure she had a great time. She allowed us to come a little early to decorate the room for my birthday girl and checked to make sure the girls were having a great time. We firgot a couple things for the party and needed extra of some things, Rhonda saved us and was able to find what we needed. We stayed in the family suite so the girls could have their privacy. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends who want to have birthday sleepovers.

When I arrived I was told that they do not have jetted tubs as advertised on Expedia. They said they have notified Expedia of this before and that it needed to be changed yet Expedia hasn’t done it. The receptionist at the front desk was kind enough to adjust my rate and lower it due to Expedia's false advertising which I much appreciated. The service we received at check in was great. They were very accommodating. The only thing we disliked about the hotel itself was the road noise and the fact the pool was not heated!! We could not take our two toddlers swimming and we’re looking forward to this unfortunately.

We have family in weatherford and every time we visit we stay at the Holiday Inn it is close to shopping and food and we all love the indoor pool

My family and I loved the space inside the room! The breakfast bar was outstanding! The hotel gym had a sauna!! I certainly regret not being able to go in during my stay. This was a great hotel!

Loved the large suite for our family of five. Good breakfast in the morning and not too loud even though it is by the freeway. Great staff. Very responsive.

Very clean, quiet and staff friendly. My husband and I would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Maintenance has been neglected since it was first opened. Mattress sagged badly, however other family members that booked directly with hotel had firm mattress.
