Fairfield Inn & Suites Weatherford

It was quite..Many children,and didn't hear a one from the room. Friendly employees. Attended to any request with a smile.

Booked my stay on this website. Reserved a King suite at this hotel and requested a roll-away bed to hedge my need for a child accommodation. Got to the hotel around 7:30pm and was told that they did not have my room or bed. The hotel manager on-duty told me that this travel service is guilty of booking the hotel with wrong description of the room. Funny that a hotel full of kids was already there. So I ended up with a regular room and a baby mattress and couple of pillows at each end for the child to sleep on. The second night at the hotel I asked to be moved to a suite and got one immediately. This problem according to local hotel management was this website's fault. I hope you see that the hotel gave away my room, put me in a cheaper room and pocketed the difference. Check-n early if you use this hotel to get the room you requested, otherwise expect lies.

We are very grateful for the staff, they were very accommodating to our wedding guests. We had several family members and friends staying and we couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you for helping make my daughter's wedding weekend special.

Everything was great until the next morning when my boyfriend and I were awakened by some very loud banging on the roof at 7am. Turns out one half of this particular Fairfield Inn and Suites was still under construction, but nobody (including the front desk) informed us that there would be this sort of commotion. This went on for approximately 3 hours. When my boyfriend went downstairs to ask the front desk what was going on, the lady was not very helpful and insisted that it wasn't her fault because she didn't know about the construction either. How is that possible? The concern was less for us and more for the family of 5 down the hall who were also traveling with an infant. There should have been better communication with guests and, apparently, between staff members. Even though the room was nice and everything else was satisfactory, we will not be staying at a Fairfield Inn and Suites anytime soon.
