Very family friendly

I rented the room from Saturday until Monday somehow paperwork got missed or mixed up on their end because the night staff did not know how to properly book me in. I gave all information as directed as well as booking online the next day. I’m out with family eating they demanded me to come back ASAP before putting my stuff outside as well as they went into the room without my permission this was on Sunday. I come back as directed swipe my card again. They told me everything was good around 830. I lay down so I can start my day early in the morning again the phone calls from the front desk Saying they need more paperwork or need me to sign things and they did not charge enough on my card. Then on top of that, some lady behind the desk was recording me with her phone because they claim they thought I was someone else at the end of the day. I was not who they thought I was. I just got tired of it and decided to give them the key and leave my stay. There was not great at all. So I paid for a extra day that I did not get to stay

Location is ideal for those visiting Baylor University which is right across the highway. There is shopping and a variety of food options nearby. There is even a CVS. Nice area for families. The hotel was clean and the room decor was beautiful. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed making Texas shaped waffles. We loved our stay and know we will be back when we come to visit our son at Baylor. Sic ‘em bears!

Great hotel with a good breakfast. Dog friendly with a nice area to take dogs outside. Pool is covered but open to the outside which was great. Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay. I’m so glad we upgraded to the bigger room! Only constructive feedback is that the hotel is right across from a homeless cafe and an area that felt a little insecure. We did notice police going through the area frequently, but definitely was a little concerned to walk anywhere and take our dogs out the first couple of nights.

Amazing experience for my family taking my daughter to see Baylor.

We loved staying in this hotel and would go back. I was SUPER disappointed about one thing though. We were told the afternoon that we checked in that breakfast was until 9:30 am. My children and I got up early and came down at 9:05 to eat. We were then promptly told that it closed at 9 am. I was very disappointed. I thought that maybe I misheard, but all 3 of my kids said they heard 9:30 as well. We were hoping for a quick and easy breakfast, and that is not what we got. Disappointed.

Everything was great except the walls seem a little thin. You can hear dogs barking in the hallway and people getting on to their kids in the room next door.

We were in room 228 and the people above us let their kids run and jump around until 11am. We asked the front desk twice to please ask them to stop as we were trying to sleep. The first time, we called and were told they’d take care of it. One hour later and it was still happening. Went to the front desk in person that time. The person working the front desk at 11 am seemed very disinterested in the request and seemed to not care. After this request, the guest finally stopped.

The hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was great and my family enjoyed our stay.

We overnighted with five kids and was happily surprised with the cleanliness of the property. checkin was a breeze.
