There were too many flies everywhere in our room at check in One of our rooms must’ve had animals because it had a bad smell and nobody ever responded to our complaint The room next to us had a dog was barking and kids were banging on our wall we were going to return on our way back from our destination but canceled and will not return again

Staff was great and even provided a small glass of milk for my child. AC unit in the room was a little loud and bed and pillows could have been a little softer. Overall, a decent experience.
