Staff was friendly and responsive. We prefer feather pillows, weren't totally satisfied with what was available. Also, we expected daily service to make up the room. It wasn't clearly explained upon check-in that this was not the case and we arrived after a very long day expecting a clean, orderly room and it was as we left it with unmade bed and wet towels on the floor. (FYI we were in town to help family members dealing with a stroke patient) We didn't expect to have to make our bed up before sleeping.

Quiet, very clean, convenient to highway. The room was spacious and with a kitchen it was easy to cook meals. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Also there was breakfast and coffee every morning in the lobby.

Stayed here for 4 nights, had a room by the pool, it was frustrating because you could hear the music that way being played at the pool and no one at the front desk seemed to know how to turn it off so it played all night which was annoying. Other guest were very loud, sounded like wild hyenas running around at 4:30 in the morning screaming at her kids. Also, there was talk of people getting there cars broken in to at night, one night 6 squad cars pulled into the hotel with lights on, not sure what was going on but overall strange stay
