Comfort Suites

Service desk was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The unit was clean, stocked appropriately. However, you can hear all hallway noise and the unit we had was located directly over the entrance to the hotel, and while that was great for my jumping children, it meant we heard all comings and goings throughout the night and early morning. Also, in the middle of the night the water had been shut off. When we got up at 6:30am, the water coming out of the faucet was YELLOW BROWN until we ran it for several minutes. Zero information about this was communicated. Breakfast in the morning was alright. Sausage, scrambled eggs, some cereal, bagels, fruits. Bacon was sorely missed.

The front desk was very nice and helpful. We were there 4 nights and she made my family feel comfortable and greeted us Everytime we came in the door. The only thing is I wish Covid didn’t stop them from making a hot breakfast.. I did love the fact that you made appointments to swim in the pool, we had the pool to ourselves, I do wish the workout room was open though.. maybe have sanitizer wipes in the room for when people are done and set appointment as well.

Very nice newly renovated hotel. Close to everything. Pool was very chilly! But everyone was friendly. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family.
