The front desk clerk on nights was amazing, our room room 110 didn't latch from the outside. The doorknob mechanism wasn't working and it left the door unsecured. We couldn't very well leave the room like that, so she moved us within mins. I greatly appreciated her quick action. I feel for my inconvenience of having to pack back up and lug my 2 children around though management could of taken a portion of our room stay off, or offered a discount off another stay, but nothing was done. That was a disappointment.

This comfort suites was fine but not great. Like I was by myself but I wouldn’t bring my kids here. It was clean for the most part. The front desk staff, both the evening shift and the morning shift, were unprofessional at best. They were not friendly, barely polite, and all 4 people I saw over my stay looked they rolled out of bed and came to work in their pajamas. The room was clean but the mattress was super uncomfortable, like really probably needs to be replaced. I woke up with bad back pain.

If you have young kids I would not recommend staying here you will not get your deposit back. housing keeping never picked up trashed that we had bagged up.

The shower head fell off and hit me. There was only one icemaker working on the 1st floor. The ice machine was dirty. There was no plastic lining for the ice bucket in the room. The room wall wasnt private. You could hear everything. The owner of the hotel family came and ate in thd breakfast area after hours last night were very noisy. The kids were running everywhere. ☹

It was very frustrating experience. At the check-in the lady told me that we are out of eggs. She promised that she would leave a note to Steve (the morning guys) to make sure you will get some scrambled eggs. But in the morning Steve had no idea what I was talking about. Let the eggs alone, there was nothing to eat in the breakfast. We came 9:15 am as the card shows 7-10 breakfast time. Steve said that the card says wrong we changed our time to 9 am. !! I took all the pics. At the check out I asked for receipt and he said our system is down. I told him that everything is going in review but he nod in a way that he does not care. The restroom door of my room does not get close which is very embarrassing if you are with kids. I want my money back !!

Place was closed. Had been closed for at least a month. Nobody should be renting tnat hotel. I had to take my wife n kid and was looking for another hotel at the last minute because some phony hotel lied that they were open
