My service dog and my family and i were treated horribly. I was demanded to get my service dog back to my room right away and not to walk my sevice dog with me which i am to have my service dog with me to help me get around incase i loose my balance. I am going blind plus i have issues with balance and the lady in the office started yelling at me at the window and then when she came around to the side door outside to give me the cold drink that i bought started screaming at me to get my dog away and back in the room at once. I am a disabled woman and should have never been treated this way.

I do not ever leave reviews but felt that I needed to leave one for this place. First started with a call from the hotel to verify my stay about 2 1/2 hours after check in time. I have never had a hotel do this, even when I cheked in several hours after check in time. Upon arrival the lobby was closed. I had to check in through a small window at around 5:30 in the afternoon, guessing this is where after hour check in happens? There was a few people outside in the area of the parking lot with the bbq pits which seemed kind of sketchy. The room itself seemed clean but tv remote wasn't even the remote for a tv but what seemed to be a dvd remote with rusty batteries. Was awoken at 1AM by a random woman who knocked on the door not once but twice and when I looked out the door, she had left. I looked out the window and there was a man BBQing??? Who makes BBQ at 1 in the morning? I would not stay here again, too many questionable people hanging around. When checking out, the lobby was still closed-don't know if it is ever open. Seems odd that a hotel does not have a lobby that someone staying there can't enter. I was with my children and my daugther told me the next day that the hotel made her feel unsafe.

The property is very unprofessional and hire people that don’t speak English. They will walk in your room without your permission. Then I was told I had leave because I left a bad comment. So here we go. I never left a bad comment. I’m new to Houston Texas area and I have dealt with this hotel due to the location where I’m moving till my house it’s ready. The front guy in offices is Pervert vibes and the housekeeper is very rude and also say” I don’t know English “and she does. Plus the old lady that walks around is very rude and always peeping in your room. The young girl in front offices tell me if I book online I didn’t have come out my room to front offices; that was a lie. The property don’t look like the pictures on the website. Plus my room was without a smoke alarm the whole time I was at the hotel. They TV signal and Wi-Fi is very bad. You watch tv and then it will black out on you. The tub need to be fixed, when they know kids stay at this hotel. I dealt with all the drama while I was there to make sure my family had a place laid their head. Remind you I invested my money from Aprilto June and was ask to leave because my bf went off about all the disrespectful thing that went on here. But they told me because of my bad review. Only review I left was that someone walk in my hotel room. I double booked by mistake still yet too get those funds back yet. India people here don’t care for black people. They rather pay Hispanic woman to work and pay them Under the table.

I don’t know how this property is rated 8/10 in Expedia. This property is actually owned by Econo Lodge(My card was charged with the same). This is definitely not for families. PROS The only good thing about this property,( if you’re traveling alone) is that it’s good for the pockets. CONS 1) There is no check in desk. The check in is basically what you do in a cinema hall - They speak on the mike from inside and you pass on your card and ID through a small opening at the bottom. 2) Almost all rooms are smoking rooms. Or at least the smoke seeps through other rooms. We changed 3 rooms and at the end had to accept the one that smelled the least of cigarettes. The receptionist acted like we were at fault by trying to breathe too much and behaved it’s a pretty normal smell. 3) Almost 5 minutes after checking in, we spotted cockroaches that would run away and hide behind the small cracks in the walls. 4) No breakfast is served, but is advertised in Expedia. Not sure it’s property’s fault or the Expedia’s. ( To Expedia’s credit, they gave me a few points to compensate the lack of BF) It is at most 4/10 property( I AM being generous here)

The first room the hotel put us in reeked of marijuana. We asked to change rooms and they did accommodate, and It was better. There were kids running back and forth upstairs. It appeared as they "lived" there. Also, you could hear the sounds of the interstate through the door, even with TV and AC on. It was hard to sleep. They advertise on website to offer free breakfast, but the hotel has a sign and told me at check-in that they do not offer it due to Covid.

Quite honestly, their night staff almost ruined our stay for my family. Trust and a little bit of common sense and proper communication would have avoided it. Customer service could be better. Honestly, an option for breakfast would have been nice. We found hair on desks when we checked in but it is nice that the rooms are serviced daily.
