Comfort Suites Old Town Spring

Extremely Hot throughout the entire building. My key card constantly would not work. I would have to get a new one made Everytime I tried to go into my room. The employees are all family and close friends and are extremely Rude!

The main floor was sticky do to something was spilled on the floor and it was not clean up properly. The receptionist didn't want to give me extra towels even though I had reserved the room for 2 adults and 4 kids. Otherwise it was nice and the beds were comfortable

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable the only disappointment was breakfast. We stayed a Saturday-Wednesday, and the breakfast served was the same everyday. It was a fairly good selection on Sunday with oranges, bananas, muffins, honey buns, biscuits, gravy, egg patty, sausage patty waffles, oatmeal, yogurt and cereal. By Monday the pastry selection was only muffins, fruit choice was only oranges and there were two yogurts in the fridge. By Tuesday they never restocked the yogurts and still only oranges and muffins along with the same hot breakfast the previous days. If you plan on staying more than a few days and don’t mind eating the same thing for breakfast then you probably would have no complaints. However, my family and I would have preferred more of a variety with more fruit and yogurt options and different hot options.

Good Staff, who give more love than my own family

When I booked this room for my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter, I read the reviews and determined the property would be a professional venue. Unfortunately, my family witnessed a disturbing spectacle between employees during their stay. A spectacle that entailed one female employee telling the other male employee with the threats and get their hands off of them with a very determined and strong voice. When my daughter-in-law asked if everyone was "okay" the male approached the desk and asked not to call the police. Not a professional establishment ... also this all happened in front of my 6-year old granddaughter. I will not be booking any future rooms with this establishment. And would love to get a refund of my money! Thank you.

Excellent hotel - Always clean and anytime family is in town we book them a room here

The rooms toilet would not flush. Front desk had plumber on site fortunately. One mattress sunk down on one side causing me to slide into my wife a few times till we made adjustments with pillows between us. Most disconcerting were bed comforters that smelt like body sweat. Put all of those on floor. Moreover the hallway outside rooms were warm and humid. Guess they were trying to save on electricity?? My family has been staying here for years and were disappointed this visit. Most probably will go to a Marriot or Hyatt next year.

This hotel is the one we always stay at whenever we go visit family, once every couple of months. Everyone is SO NICE! The front desk people are so pleasant and kind. The rooms are comfortable and ac works well! The breakfast is a nice selection and the older lady with glasses who runs the breakfast area is so welcoming. She reminds me of my grandmother. When the breakfast time is over, she doesn’t immediately start rushing people out and shutting it all down. She works hard to keep the breakfast items fresh and before cleaning up, she makes sure everyone has what they need. This is really important to me because at some hotels, it’s not that way. At other hotels, the breakfast person will clear the food immediately and unplug the juice machine. Coming to this hotel really feels like visiting family. We always feel so comfortable and welcome. On our last trip, my son left his teddy bear and they called us personally to let us know! Another plus is it’s very close to stores and restaurants (Dollar Tree, WalMart, ChickFila, Whataburger, Crumbl Cookie, etc.) I highly recommend!!

I’ve stayed hear several times before and always been very pleased so I was surprised to get such poor service this time. I booked months in advance and requested a ground floor room (as I always do). I was told upon arrival that was not possible and was given a room on the second floor, directly above a rented out party room that was BLASTING music so loud that it rattled my entire room!!! This lasted past 11pm despite my complaints to the front desk. What made me so mad was being misinformed when I first called about it when the music started about 7. I was told it was a baby shower that would end by 10pm. I proceeded to finish unpacking and got ready for bed. What I then found out was it was actually a Halloween party that had no end time!!!! That’s when they offered to move me to another room that they previously claimed not to have available!!!! I’m standing in my pj’s, completely unpacked and ready for bed!!!

We checked in and the room smelled like an ashtray despite being a non-smoking hotel. 2nd room we moved to already had a guest in it when we walked in. Was told there was no more rooms like ours unless we wanted two single rooms. With 3 small children, that wasn't feasible. We had no other option but to stay in the ashtray room. Asked for air freshener and was told there was none. When we opened the sofa bed there was something in the bed that looked like fesces or vomit. Turns out it was food. We were disgusted. The young man cleaned the food and provided fresh clean bedding and pillows. He found a plug in air freshener which helped slightly. Later he brought a tiny air freshener for the room but the scent was awful so we didn't use but we were grateful for the offer. He tried his best to fix what he could and said he'd talk to the manager about getting us a refund for the room. Checked out the next morning and was told the same thing by the young lady at the from desk. Waiting for a refund but highly doubt it will come
