Hotel Indigo Spring - Woodlands Area, an IHG Hotel

Everything was great! Friendly staff, very clean and rooms were nice. The lady at the front desk was very polite and understanding when we asked to change rooms because the people above us had kids running around in the room which was very noisy. Only thing I would suggest is getting a coffee bar. We had to ask for cup of coffee and the only option for creamer is half and half. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

The hotel is isolated so it’s not near any plaza or in walking distance to restaurants or a mall. It’s really nice probably best for business people not family or individuals looking for entertainment.

The hotel was very clean, staff attentive, and very quiet. The rooms fit my family's needs. We will definitely be staying again.

This hotel was very clean, beautiful property. The beds were so comfortable and the furnishings were nice and updated. The employee staff was pleasant and accommodating. There were a couple of negatives. You had to purchase breakfast. I went thru Expedia and it was an option. I purchased for me and my family that were staying in the room, but it was only for 2 out of 4 of us. The website does not state that its only for 2 people. For $25 all 4 of us could have easily eaten at McDonalds. Also, all 4 of us went out to eat dinner, when we returned, the Bartender was leaving...telling us...I'm closed...the Bar is closed...we didn't intend on going to the bar. All in all it was a beautiful property and the rooms/beds were very comfortable. Just a couple of things that need to be worked out for the Spring, Texas property.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS AMAZING! It far exceeded our expectations while on vacation...we stayed at 3 different hotels, all around the same price, but Hotel Indigo WINS! I say go for it, the view, the lake, the pool area...the wonderful smell all throughout the hotel...it was a pleasant stay...my whole family Loved it...Also, if you like to take pictures/videos...the scenery in & out is MAGNIFICENT...cheers

Very comfortable beds, nice and clean. We stayed one night and it was great. Perfect location for visiting family at the apartments next to it.
