Front desk staff was super friendly; they made my son a balloon sword upon arrival so I thought that was nice. Room was spacious and served our family well. Everything was clean! Would probably choose this hotel if we come back.

I liked that the room could sleep six and it had breakfast options. My kids loved it. I also loked the fridge and microwave available. I didnt like the fact that the microwave broke down twice. The staff were very friendly.

Neutral location, inviting staff, great breakfast options and the hotel renovations are good. No complaints for our family of 8. We had 2 rooms side by side and everyone had their own space.

This hotel had a great location. It was right on the Interstate surrounded by several choice restaurants that was walkable. Free on-site parking and the room I had contained a sofa, microwave, and refrigerator. I didn't get to try the free breakfast as I left really early. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were amazing. I only got the name of Ashley, but she was awesome and so friendly and helpful. It will be my go place to stay when visiting family in Round Rock.

The pool was closed so the kids were highly disappointed. No compensation was given for the inconvenience. The person that checked us in must’ve been new to the hospitality business bc he didn’t tell me where my room was, when check out time was or when breakfast was served. The room had 3 towels when it was a 2 queen bed. The nightstand was sticky, our phone didn’t work and the door knob cover was coming off in our bathroom. The housekeeping didn’t speak English so it was difficult to ask for more towels.

My wife;I and kids stay for 3 days. We had a room for 6. The room was ok but the bathroom layout suck's. Its was so small and can't to be use for more than one person at a time. That's a problem when trying to get 5 people ready in the morning. The building is a little run down. The staff where nice and helpful. The cleaning staff did a half ass job. We ran out of towels and had to reused them. Also didn't refill the toilet paper. Had to go down and get some. So over all it was ok but I think I will use another hotel. .
