Was denied a room by the front desk clerk based on my looks and the guy tossed my id and card at me. If it wasn’t for my cousin, my kids and I would’ve been sleeping in our vehicle. Had the Hotel.com rep called up the front desk while I was hold, we came into the back area used the elevator and I heard him not talking to the rep. How I know? He used my name loudly on the phone for the world to hear.

Super clean and updated hotel. The double queen room was huge, perfect for a family. Only negative in my opinion was that they charge a $7 fee for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Weekdays are free. I did not notice that when I booked the room.

Everything was as expected for this class of hotel. The breakfast food options were also typical but convenient. The food service staff really made an effort to make the most of it, very friendly and came by several times to make sure we were okay rather than a totally hands-off experience. The room was overall modest but the bed was comfortable. We added an adjoining room just for some extra space, and to give different family members different options for beds and television. Having a little microwave and fridge in the room is convenient.
