The hotel was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. What sets this hotel apart from any other is the staff. I have never in my life experienced such a Friendly Staff. From the checkin desk to housekeeping, these were the most welcoming friendly people. They really seemed more like neighbors and family that you see everyday, than strangers. They truly make you feel welcome. A special shout-out to Valerie, Taylor, and Chong. These ladies became friends toe over my 4 day stay. We share stories and they offered advice. You are truly beautiful people. Thank you so much!

The hotel itself was ok but completely overrun by a club volleyball group. Their small children were playing in the gym on the equipment unsupervised and had taken over drinking in the lobby. The front desk girl was completely overwhelmed. The room was warmer than I prefer but it was ok for one night.

The check in process was ridiculous. We were provided constant excuses that they are still getting uses to a new system. It was clear that the manager came up and saw the front desk associate having trouble- she fixed one screen and then helped the next guest check in while our associate needed to start over with the check in process for 3 rooms. 1 of the rooms we thought we checked into the Hilton app was still dirty at 2pm so there was the added confusion was still dirty with the scarce parking lot from Friday night ( from our family member's view who checked in the night before). The room is too small for all the furniture- we had to keep moving the desk chair to get to the other side of the bed. I don't see that we would choose this hotel site again.

Was a very nice hotel only down fall was online it stated there was a pool and there wasnt. It is more of an adult only hotel not much to do for kid's. Also room was a little small but all in all was a nice place and was very clean... The staff was magnificent so that was a huge plus....

I stayed there with my family and I was so surprised by the property it’s well maintained and the staff was super nice. We checked in at 1 am and they offered us a bag with bottles of water and chips! I went alone for breakfast because my family was tired and the lovely lady made pancakes for them to go! Everything was just wonderful and I want to thank them again for the kindness and attention

The hotel is great! The lobby has games for kids and the pool table is awesome! The breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfy.
