Front desk did an amazing job, the ladies were very nice, our room had an issue with the sink and they were very polite and efficiently and gave us another room, we slept like a baby, they have super comfortable beds.

We love staying at the Elegante whenever we are in town to see our grand-baby. Everyone is so nice. They are doing a much needed renovation on all of the rooms. Only because they are dated, not for any other reason. I would highly recommend staying there.

At night there are alot of kids that eun around and noisy . You cant get rest if u are working.

It was a very rough day with family and got to the room close to 3am. I asked for late check out and the gave me till 2pm thank you for giving extra time to rest. I really appreciate that. This hotel will be my home away from home from now on when in town

I had a late flight & although the shuttle person was gone for the evening, they made sure i was still picked up. The hotel is VERY VERY out dated. I was pooped the first night and knocked out! The following morning i had to kill baby roaches in the bathroom. I put all my things away in ny luggage and proceeded down stairs where i waited for shuttle so i could pick up my rental car. The young lady was nice, but she was on the phone the entire time having a conversation on speaker and also didnt have her seat belt on. Not very professional or a good look for the company. This is supposed to be a nice hotel with a spa etc. Save your money. Its old and dingy! The front desk did move me rooms as soon as i returned from my business meetings.

I would say this is the not so elegante, maybe it was in the 80s. Beds were not made correctly, soap in the soap dish in the shower from previous people, windows and all glass looked like a small pack of slimy kids had been running around. Front desk lady was sweet. The breakfast guy not so much.

We have always loved staying at this MCM. The staff is very friendly. The inside of the hotel is getting old and in need of a facelift, but we will continue to stay there when we come to see our grandbaby.

Third time I stay there wonderful people a great place room service a pool a massage the wonderful place to take the family to go by yourself and relax or business I recommend highly recommend it to anyone

We were in town for Christmas with our kids and grandkids. The room was large and comfortable. We loved the real wood furniture. Although the place (whole hotel) could use an overall updating, it has the feel of retro quality as opposed to modern cheapness. We will be back in the summer to try out that amazing looking pool.
