Room we reserved was not available due to cleaning personnel staffing issues. At check-in, person at desk was unprofessional. He had a notebook with profanity written on it that was clearly visible to my children. Room we did get was ok/clean. Toilet paper holder missing the rod that holds toilet paper and other small issues. Breakfast was very limited, basically cereal with broken container and waffles - had to go searching for plates. People trying to check out were yelling for help because nobody was at front desk. Main issue seemed to be that nobody seemed to care or possibly even show up!
