Our stay was great. Staff is very friendly and our room was spacious and very clean. The pool was clean, kids loved it. Breakfast was not so great but edible. Overall great stay.

The hotel was nice enough. But my kids and I slept terrible due to the ridiculous flashing lights in the room. There were 3 different devices flashing on the ceiling. One was motion sensor. Every time it sensed someone moving near by it would flash red, green, red very brightly. Enough to clearly illuminate the area below. It was like a disco club in our room. (Maybe exaggerated) The other lights were flashing to different patterns. So we had continuous flashing going on. I was so very irritated trying to sleep in a nice room with such a ridiculous set up

Very clean and modern hotel. There were lots of families when we were there. There was a small misunderstanding about a credit card charge but Andrea Collins straighten things pretty quickly. She even came to our room to bring printouts showing the things were taken care of. Breakfast is very nice too. We will stay in this hotel when we come back to Odessa again.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend. We were very pleased with the stay and comfort of the hotel. The staff were super friendly and the sweet young lady that works the front desk made me feel so comfortable and welcomed when I checked in. She was very down-to-earth and hospitable. Also, the breakfast was delicious! We will stay here again!

We had a death in the family and needed to stay in Odessa for the weekend. This hotel was close to all the places we needed to be. Check in was nice, easy and the staff were friendly. Our first night there was fine, however the next day the hotel was filled with unruly children with ignoring parents nearby. We left for the day but came back later that evening only to find more children and parents running rampant in the lobby, grabbing apples, chips, candy etc. from the lobby kitchen, throwing things being very loud and running all around the lobby.....and this was 11:15pm!! We went to our room for the night but other people in our party stayed on the first floor and apparently the manager had to be called at 2am because the noise from the children and parents was so back people couldn't sleep. The staff did nothing while we were in the lobby to stop this fiasco. Other than this chaos our stay was fine.

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the pillows were TERRIBLE and the blanket felt like a bed skirt, very thin. I don't know if you're like me, but the best thing about staying in a hotel is sleeping very cold w the AC and a nice blanket. When we asked for more towels (family of 5 with a room with 2 towels) we were told they were out, which I feel the room was noted 5 people, why wouldnt they give me a couple at check in- or perhaps have some just in case this situation occurs...? Ive worked in hospitality before, we've had to have clean towels ready.. just saying.
