My family and I had a great five day stay. We had a one bedroom suite that had a full kitchen with dishes we could use. My son slept on the pull out couch, while me and my husband had the bedroom. The suite was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a safe area that has plenty of shopping and dining options. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and will recommend it!

This property was okay for what it was. The service was good as far as friendliness with the people checking us in. But we stayed for 5 days/4 nights and nobody ever came to clean up the room. I understand one of those days was Christmas- but we stayed for 2 more nights after and no one ever came despite us requesting it. The showers also had bad pressure and didn't stay hot for too long. There was a constant buzzing that never went away in the room, we were told it's the dehumidifier and there was no way to turn it off. That was awful for my fiance who is a very light sleeper. Overall, I don't think I'd stay here again nor recommend it to family or friends.

New, beautiful property. Great for families and children. Nice pool and plenty of activities to do nearby. Restaurants, movies and Dave & Busters are all within walking distance.

The good: Breakfast was great, room was clean and awesome for the price, and the front desk staff were amazingly helpful. The bad: house cleaning didn't come at all during our 4 night stay, so we had dishes piling up in the sink because they only provided one dishwashing pod, and trash accumulated because we assumed each day they'd come. We were able to get fresh towels from the very helpful front desk staff. On the third night we were there, some kids had actually set up a soccer game in the parking lot with cones. Like, 8 o'clock, in the dark, surrounded by parked cars...they didnt even go to an unused section. That made me very uncomfortable. There was also a light in the room, possibly from the wireless access point, that flashed fairly regularly and felt like a strobe light.

We were very impressed with the overall feel & look of the Hyatt House. It was clean, comfortable....breakfast was amazing. It was nice & quiet too. We will be back! It's only 10 minutes from where we live so it's a perfect getaway for us (from our 3 kids ;))

Hotel was very clean and had a great pool. Staff was very nice but they didn't have our room ready when we got there at 3:30. Said it would be 30-40 minutes so we went to the pool for an hour. Still wasn't ready when we were done. Finally got a room but we must have been under the hotels AC unit on the roof because the noise was crazy. That sort of deep base *wump wump wump* noise that infiltrates your brain. It was giving me and the kids a headache. The mattress was terrible, husband and I kept rolling into the middle. Won't stay here again.

We love this hotel and have stayed often, it’s like our go to in a storm or just for a staycation. This last stay was due to that crazy storm that his Houston and surrounding areas. We lost power and with 2 babies staying home without ac isn’t an option so we went to our favorite hotel. Thankfully everything was ok the following day and we were able to go home. Sadly the manager at the front desk would not refund us our second night. She said it was policy that when booked through hotels.com they have to issue the refund. We called hotels.com and they were more than willing to help us out but that the manager wouldn’t allow them to process the refund. Spoke to her and she wouldn’t budge kept saying it’s policy, we had an emergency situation. I even checked the policy online and couldn’t see anywhere that stated they couldn’t issue a refund if we checked out early. It was very disappointing as we will probably not go back in the future which would have been sooner than later as we are needed out of the house during some home renovations. We went often enough most of the staff knew us. I’m just very disappointed that this manager wouldn’t work with us in an emergent situation. Thankful for hotels.com customer service and trying to help us out.

The hotel was new. I really liked the small apartment feel. The seperate bedroom was nice to get away from the kids. Everything was very clean. However, the downside was we never saw a front desk employee again after we checked in. My kids needed a blanket for the pull out couch. There was not one to be found in the room. I called the front desk. I never got an answer. I went down to the front desk. I nevet saw anyone. I even stuck my head into the "Employees Only" room. (Sorry, not sorry.) Upon checkout we went to leave the key at the front desk. Again, no one to be found, just a note saying something about having to "step away".
