Everything was okay except the room smell. Avoid room 625 at all cost! It had a smell that they and myself could not get rid of…one employee thought it might be a gas exhaust or something from the restaurant below…but wasn’t in room much thankfully and dealt with it instead of changing because I had so much stuff/kids…

We were there for a wedding close by, so it was the perfect place for family to stay. Johnny’s, the restaurant was so nice and the food was delicious, we actually ate there 3 times in the few days we were there,

We live in town and booked the crowne plaza to swim with the kids and enjoy the outdoor area the hotel had to offer. The pool was green and had full chlorine tablets still in the water (which they deemed safe for everyone to swim) not one umbrella worked. The Maintenance guy brought tape and scissors to attempt to fix one umbrella. The outdoor courtyard had beer, coffee cups, trash, and cigs that was never cleaned up.

I live in town and just wanted to get away for the night. I hadn’t been to this hotel but needed a change because Fairfield Inn in Conroe was going down hill. I read a couple bad reviews but decided to give it a try anyways. It was a very nice stay. My grown children came to visit and went swimming and got in the hot tub. This place is very clean. Beds are firm. But not to firm. Had several pillow choices. Front desk very nice and gave me a free late checkout.

First time stay here & was very impressed! Rooms were clean, as well as lobby/entrance area. I have to commend Kyle (front desk employee) who made sure that I was able to be moved to a room close to my elderly in-laws & were in handicap accessible rooms as well. If Kyle saw me in the lobby during my stay, he always asked if my family needed anything & to reach out for any help or questions we had. This kind of customer service goes a long way & is certainly appreciated!
