Red Roof Inn & Suites Midland

Dog friendly. Staff is extremely nice to our dogs whereas before they have been disrespected by people so its nice to stay here with respect not only to us but our fur babies!! The staff is out of this world!! The best!! Kamilla (hope i spelt her name right) is one of the VERY best.. I will definitely recommend Red Roof Inn and Suites Midland Tx. I actually feel safe here and thats a us on my part. Keep up the good work!! The rooms are clean. I love the tub.. Awesome place!!

This place stole money from my family on sunday june 18th. They gave my room to someone else i booked 24 hours in advance. The told me i can get the obly room thst smelt like cigaretts and the toilet didnt flush if i wanted it..... why would i want a room i didnt book and on top of it all smelling cigaretts. I ended uo having to book a room that cost me double what i paid here because my husband and ineeded somewhere to sleep for the night. I requested the credits i have been saving up back and i have yet to hear anything from hotels.com. i will let everyone i know not to use hotels.com because of what they did to me!!! I feel hotels.com owes me my credits back and also pay for the room i had to get because of the situation they put me in....

Dirty. The common areas were filthy. The room was better. Bedding was clean but the towels were dingy and threadbare. We stayed despite because it was late and about to storm. I didn’t want to drag luggage, child and kiddo back out to find somewhere else at 11pm.

The swimming pool has furniture floating in it and it's black as oil. The glass door leading out to the pool was off on my first day stay allowing anything to come in and tidk of a child drowning. The second day it was on, but a sign read broken do not use. The resident laundry was also out of order.

Broken glass door removed out to pool. The pool looked like it was filled with black oil with furniture floating. Disguising. No breakfast. Sign said closed for renovation. Nothing being done. Switchover from 3:00 p.m. front desk clerk to after 3 p.m. took forever due to computer slowness as I had to wait 30 minutes and never did receive my receipt or any requested paperwork. Horrible bleached out stains in the hallway carpet. Guest laundry washing machine broke down so I couldn't do any of my much needed laundry washed as I saw on the Red Roof Midland Amenities list. Very disappointing as everything was at this location. Sorry dirty everywhere! Get a cleaning crew in there or shut it down! Pure laziness! Not lack of help. Front desk clerk had her child behind the desk and interrupting the transaction numerous times. Office/front desk door to hallway open at all times putting the child at risk for child abduction and risk of robbery! Stay elsewhere. Try Staysuites by Marriot right there. I am.....

My family and I booked two hotel rooms, and after receiving our keys, we went to the elevator and noticed the floor covered in dog pee with a horrendous smell. Once we got to our rooms, we found the room a disaster, with mold in the bathrooms and stains on the sheets and curtains. We returned to the front desk immediately to cancel and book elsewhere. We were there less than 30 minutes and are being charged for two rooms that we did not stay in.

We prepaid for a suite on hotels.com. The suite was important to us because our toddler was sleeping in one room and we were in the other. At first we were given a regular double-queen room. When I went back to the front desk to complain, they had to arrange for us to stay in a suite by calling to ask another patron. They never apologized or explained the mix-up. The room was decently comfortable and breakfast was alright. A solid good, but not great experience.

Free hot breakfast was good. Made the stay a lot cheaper for a family of 4.

All the staff I’ve dealt with have been pleasant, professional, and very friendly. From the front desk to cleaning and maintenance. Jasmine, who works the desk at night, is particularly helpful and enjoyable to deal with. I’ve been here a week while in town on a family matter and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It is just around the corner from Walmart so you can pick up anything you need easily, and there is lots of great food within a brief drive.
