I did not stay at the hotel I arrived and they told me they had no vacancies. I booked a guaranteed stay and my family had to travel to Lubbock Tx to stay in another hotel. I was charged for the stay since I couldn’t cancel it. Since the hotels phone line is broken they could not verify I didn’t stay there. The hotel cancelled my reservation next day. I need my refund back
