Very nice hotel. Would stay again. For breakfast, my kids missed not having waffles but they did have Jimmy Dean biscuits, cereal, bagels, fruit, yogurt, granola bars and all sorts of juices.

The way I was treated by the Manager. Me and my children have been coming here off and on for about (2) and I can admit, this was the 2nd time I was treated terribly. Michelle showed that she lacked knowledge of her duties and empathy for her guest. Me, specifically. She tried mocking, being sassy and also made a remark that made me feel uncomfortable.

My family and I had a great 2 day stay the staff was friendly and was so clean all arpund. The breakfast was amazing and easy choices. It felt like a safe environment.

my experience was great.Everything was clean and accessible. i originally booked with avid because we were in town for my son's baseball tournament. well i ended up taking most of all his teammates and their family over to avid from the other hotels they were staying at. They also had a great experience. Unfortunately they didn't give us any discounts for a larger group staying there. We didn't complain but it would be a good idea to have for larger groups in the future.

Property is good from outside, It was my first time staying at avid and I think in general rooms are little small than all other competitors. Staff at this location was exceptional. They were very friendly and greeting us well. Also helped us out with my kids needing some late night stuff.
