The management was wonderful to our family as they knew we were in town for a difficult funeral… very empathetic and accommodating for our large group

We hardly spent time there because we were visiting family all day, but we will not go back here again. Very strange environment. Pros: fairly clean, decent breakfast. Cons: the exercise machines are broken (wish I could post my pictures of all the buttons broken off) so the facilities are unusable. And worse: there must be cameras all over the hotel because the staff was constantly in our business. On the first morning my kids were watching tv as I was getting ready to go, and the service came and brought towels so opened and shut the door. As we were leaving I got a call from the front desk - they said we had a noise complaint from the room below us, which was surprising because of us just watching tv but then I thought maybe the door opening and shutting made noise (are the floors really that thin?)…my kids held the elevator door for me since I was on the phone and they didn’t know where I was. When I came down to the front desk I told the gal how surprised I was about the call and if she was sure it was for us - and she said it most certainly was because we have kids and she just saw them holding the elevator door “for 10 minutes which is unacceptable so they must be rowdy kids”. First - that’s impossible since it was about a 30 second phone call, and 2nd - are they watching everyone on cameras at every moment? I wish I had enough room to write everything, but of the about 6 waking hours we spent there they indicated three different times they were watching us. Creepy!

Didn't like the fact that my grandkids couldn't use the pool , that's one of the reasons why I picked the place. And didn't like how they or my wife was spoken to about the pool.

Gym, pool, and AM breakfast was good. Our TV initially didn't work, but after a 15 minute reboot to the directv receiver it started up. It was just an annoyance. (That and the manager or owner thinking our kids in the car were dogs we were trying to sneak in.)

I needed a crib for my baby and they had one with clean sheets and even a baby blanket waiting for us when we checked in. The staff was very friendly and the check-in and check-out process was very easy!

Check in was pleasant. Toilet in our room needed repair, but no one was available. It stopped flushing randomly. Had to lift the kid off of the tank and fiddle with the mechanism to make it work. Properly a little run down.

Well we asked about the pool they said it was broken but next day a full family reunion was using it then they have sign back on it saying out of service.

Literally the worst place I’ve ever had to stay. The staff is very unprofessional and has no people skills. I was met with an aggressive lady manager who is very rude, racist and discriminates against the customers by their race & region. I have seen similar comments from other guests int the past and now I can correlate after a terrible experience and feel bad for ignoring those reviews. The manager definitely needs some coaching on how to treat the customers with some courtesy and respect. There are definitely better hotels in this area for that price. Hotel wifi is horrible and breakfast is very basic with dirty rooms and stained beds. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. If you are looking for a decent hotel with good amenities and customer experience this is not for you & your family.
