Best Western La Grange Inn & Suites

We were in Lagrange for a funeral. Last year we stayed at the same hotel, unfortunately for family funeral. We were tired and it was great to stay in a comfortable and quiet room. The woman at the front desk was VERY friendly, pleasant, and understanding. She helped with directions to the funeral home. Thank you!

Very friendly staff, clean- stay here when visiting family!!!

Clean rooms, convenient location. Nice hotel overall but the pool had bees swarming all around the water. The staff was outside smoking with a lady who just had a baby and she was smoking. Just not my style. A man was arrested for harassing guests outside and wandering around like he was on drugs. We didnt feel safe and were glad to leave the next day.

The pool had about 20 kids from check in until closing, and all of the parents were just friends of the front desk lady, not actually guests at the hotel. So out of about 15 to 20 of us staying there nobody else got to use the pool. There was one mother just drinking and smoking cigarettes saying her kid cant swim but kept leaving him and he kept going underwater. And the front desk lady was out there hanging out with them the entire time. When it finally got late they all just packed up in their cars and left. Very upsetting considering the amount of money we paid and mostly BECAUSE of the pool. Do not recommend and will be contacting head management!
