Very good location to stay and spend some time with family. Breakfast is good

We were greeted by a drunk/druggie in the parking lot who then came in the lobby and sat in a booth. Getting off the elevator to our room he was somehow on the floor below our, elevator stopped for his but he didn't get on. Having kids with me I was very concerned and asked the front desk about him. He apparently has had a room there a week or so and is weird and just roams the hotels halls till he goes to bed. Upon entry to our room the door was open, weird... we only had one body towel. The room was dirty and the tv worked 5 minutes at a time before freezing and rebooting. The "store" was empty and they had not Kleenex in the room just a decorative empty cover. Ice machine did not work on the 4th floor. Hung the do not disturb sign and housekeeping still knocked on the door at 9am. We WILL NOT be back!

We were in town to visit our son and his family and this hotel was the closest to their home. It was great except for the fact that they never serviced our room in the four nights that we stayed there. We didn't need it everyday but even on the one day that we put the tag on the door requesting service, we returned late that night and it had not been touched. It would have been nice to have some clean towels and our garbage emptied at least once!

Upon arrival I entered the front entry to check in. The lady assisting me was beyond sweet and very helpful. She quickly checked me in and provided me with my needed keys and explained where my family and I would be staying. She stated I could enter the side door as this would be closer to my room, she also noticed I had two small children. Upon walking to the side door a group of men were outside with a BBQ pit on the floor of the parking lot and smoking MARIJUANA/WEED. This should have been my first major red flag. I opted to walk all the way around to avoid my kids being near that. Entering the room, I noticed that the door had a gap as if it was open. I entered the room and noticed the the carpet was sticky and dark in color. The odor of the room was of an old dingy hotel, not the clean fresh and comfortable smell of the typical LQ. The room was in desperate need repairs and attention. The entire night we had the hallway light in our room due to the gap in the door. Overall not a good stay!

We always stay here when visiting family because they are pet friendly and always have clean comfortable rooms. Would recommend whether you have fur babies or not.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I received fast service and staff was very accommodating to me and my family.

Second stay in 2 yrs. We choose this hotel for it's cleanliness, friendliest staff, breakfast and ease of booking and making sure our families accomodations are taken care of.

This property had choldren working front desk a family runned type of business

Our stay was just fine. Came into town for a football game, only stayed the night. My family didn’t have any trouble at all. However, another family we traveled with had a terrible experience. When they first went into their room, it was freezing cold and they were unable to regulate the room temperature. They informed management of the issue and they were told there were no other rooms available and they would look into it while we were at the football game. When they got back from the game, their room was extremely hot, to the point that their makeup melted in the heat! Needless to say it was a horrible and unpleasant night for them. Management tried to fix the AC unit but never quite got it right, to make it worse they offered no sort of compensation rectify the situation.
