Hampton Inn Kingsville

Came in on Xmas night. Sleepy. Kids wanted to watch TV, tv was not connected, could not get it connected (tv continually did automatic channel search every time upon powering on). Needed to place baby’s milk in fridge, fridge was hot(turned down knob all the way, that fixed it). Had room on 3rd floor two or three doors north of elevator on west (back) side of building. Could hear an extremely loud knocking noise from something on/near roof. Sounded mechanical in nature. Loud enough to prevent comfortable nights sleep. Hot water took extremely long to reach faucet. Too many small things that made the visit far too uncomfortable, will not be back.

My stay was horrible. My daughter had to go downstairs twice to let them know the key was not working. A maintenance man came and let us in due to putting on the wrong door connection. Second day same thing we could not get into our room. Same man came and let us in. Now it was due to not having batteries. These things should have been corrected properly before checking out the room to any family. I give this visit a thumbs down.
