The front lady give a me a room with handicap restroom , and i ask nicely, she got an attitud with me and my wife she call the manager , the manager was very nice but the people was next to check in there not Hispanics she changed completely, she treated then very diferent and they get the room i reserve and she talk friendly, i tell the manager and she dont fixt nothing either. Im rent this hotel , twice a year but not anymore i drive from houston, to visit family but im not happy they said is hotels.com fault thats why they give me this room.???

Came into town for the night to see our kids, bed was comfortable, room was clean, AC worked great! Breakfast was okay, not great but okay. Morning crew was very nice.

I like how I was able to walk to get dinner for my family. I disliked the fact the hallway on the third floor was hot. I had water damn on the wall and curtains in my room.

our stay was good. The only issue we had was the room above us had children running and jumping making quite a racquet. I called the front desk and they took care of it immediately.
