I was in town for family reunion Disappointed in breakfast which is main reason I chose room Didn’t even have eggs and bacon !! So much for hot breakfast that was advertised Parking lot right next to Cracker Barrell n right down street from other fast food so that a plus

Check in was great! Room was clean and spacious! Phone in the room did not work, pool water was dirty and murky. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Hotel was in a good location off of access road. Had to complain to the front desk about a couple fighting at the pool yelling and using profanity in front of children. Then we were kept awake until after 1am from the people in the room above ours where it sounded like they were river dancing.

We stayed for 2 nights - a family of 5. Very clean, and staff was very nice. Breakfast was GREAT, and the ladies who worked at breakfast were amazing. They kept everything stocked and very clean. Hot water ran out pretty quickly in shower. Not the quietest hotel, but great location and easy access to interstate. Recommend

Elevator would not work when we got there and front desk attendant had to go to room next to elevator and fix something. The moment we walked in our room there was a roach crawling all over the bed. The front desk attendant gave us two adjoining rooms since they did not have anymore suites like the one we reserved. Eastman plant is right behind the hotel and the view of huge flame the chemical plant was burning off from our room AND that alone is loud. My husband described as a jet engine taking off (non-stop). It was 2 am and we still couldn’t fall asleep Horrible! Worse hotel stay we have had. We traveled from Marble Falls to stay in Longview to spend the holidays with our son and family.

The location was easy to find, staff was awesome, room was nice and clean. We were in town for a funeral so several family members were staying at the same hotel. We all enjoyed our stay

Screaming adults and babies in hallways late at night. Their is a noise policy at the hotel which staff did not enforce. Nighttime staff were not visible.

Our overnight family stay is just a typical hotel stay where you just have place to sleep and take a shower then eat breakfast then out of that place, nothing out of the ordinary. Of course we expected it to be clean, quiet and comfortable and indeed it was.Breakfast was satisfactory as well.
