Staff very efficient and courtesy. One of the nicest if not the nicest hotel property in Port Arthur and area. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. New, clean and rooms well appointed. Will return when visiting family.

Staff is what usually makes or breaks a hotel stay. The staff here make you feel at home. If your on business, they can help with the little things like fresh coffee and a hot breakfast. If you're on vacation with kids like us, it's the little things like waffles in the shape of Texas or turning the channel to cartoons on one of the TV's. This place helps you to start your day on a good note. the rest is up to you.
