I booked and arrived late on Sunday 7th July as Hurricane Beryl hit the shores of Texas. On the Monday the staff, especially Trevor at the front desk, did all they could for those of us stranded there through a power failure and other issues. All whilst their own families were at home sheltering from the hurricane. Very grateful to them.

Stayed w my kids for Beyoncé concert…Hotel was fabulous, and many other guests were there for the concert which made us all gather and have a great time before and after!! The clerk was even excited for us and it made our stay even that much better!!

The room had baseboards missing which revealed sharp edges and I had my kids! There was mold all over the shower. They have no room service if you’re in need of towels or pillows etc. I went down to the front desk to ask for a pillow and they didn’t have any. And when I asked for a few extra towels he said all we have is hand towels and handed me that. I had to use our shower towels for the pool because the pool towel bin was empty. Just a few annoying things when you pay good money. It wasn’t terrible

wanted hotel close to airport and enjoy past experiences with Holiday Inn. Convenient. Breakfast was not made to order but had decent selection. I will make one comment: If you are short, 5 ft. like me, you could use a stepstool to get up onto high mattresses. Seems like luxury means deep mattresses in all the hotels these days. I'm also 81 years old, so a run and jump would not work for me. (but might work for kids) I'm not complaining, once I figured how to get into the bed, it did offer a good night's sleep. Next time I might have to check into their handicap room and see if it fits the needs of a short person.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that our rooms still weren’t ready 1.5 hours after check-in time and so we ended up having to take rooms that were far apart from each other to avoid an even longer wait. Traveling with 6 kids and two adults, this made things pretty inconvenient and the staff didn’t even offer an apology for the extended wait time.

It was a standard stay, not worth $120, more like a 2 star hotel. Noisy neighbors on top of the apartment, thought they would break the ceiling, I do not know if they were moving furniture or jumping - lots of families with noisy children screaming. Not worth more than $40 per stay.
