Our family stay was amazing! Great customer service from Bri at check and Jennifer at check out. Delicious omelets made to order. Recommend the chefs special. Gustavo makes great drinks at the bar. Loved the hotel.

Our stay was excellent! My kids even wanted to stay longer! Our room was clean and spacious. It was very comfortable and the staff was also very friendly. We liked that they had an indoor pool and definitely went for a swim. The breakfast was also very good. It is in a quiet area and we liked that too! Would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay with family

The location was perfect for our spring break plans. The room was big enough for our entire family to have their own space. The front desk was helpful and the bartender Gus was amazing.

I booked this hotel for a family trip, everyone in the group complimented me on how well of a job I did booking this hotel. This hotel is very clean and well managed. Any issues we had was immediately resolved.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Embassy. The front desk staff is very friendly! My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The breakfast is plentiful and great options. Our room was clean and spacious enough for a family of four. We will definitely book again!

This was a good 2-day stay for us as our family celebrated our Aunt's 90th birthday. The small, but significant complaint that we have is with our room. The shower was overlooked with some hair (obviously not ours, we found it before entering the shower!), and a hand towel and bath towel were stained with makeup or "Who really knows" - it was light brown in color! It made us question the quality check in the sanitation of the towels and bathroom inspection. There is no small makeup mirror or a bathroom towel to step on post showering. We appreciate the clean bed (thank goodness), the welcome TV screen, the clean building and areas in general. Lastly, when ordering room service, no one ever answered so that we could take advantage of it (we arrived for late check-in), and the online menu doesn't match the menu provided during meals. Great Happy Hour each evening, good food, staff was polite. We'd go again for another opportunity to experience a better personal experience. I am a Hilton Rewards Member.

There was bedbugs!, the pool area was not maintained at all! There wasn’t any towels in there (until another guest complained) The $100 meal that I paid for was over cooked, I checked in at 3pm and checked out by 8ish, once I seen the bed bugs I could no longer have my family there
