This place is shady and will double book your room to another family and steal your money while their violent and aggressive employee screams at you. We live nearby. A hurricane recently hit the city and everyone lost power. After dealing with 100 degree heat for 5 days, our family booked one night. Two rooms to be shared between the family. Checked in around 3 pm. Asked for two rooms side by side. Plan was, use one for sleep and the other for the extra bathroom/shower so that it wouldn't get crowded in the morning when all of us got together. Also that those driving back from checking on the house wouldn't wake up the ones still sleeping the next morning. Slept in one room with some of us going back and forth checking the house and pets. Imagine our surprise when we tried to use the second room the next morning to find a different family inside. Turns out they rented out our second room to someone else. Went down, talked to the guy working that morning and he admitted they made a mistake and assigned another family one of our rooms. Printed us the receipts showing they did charge us for two rooms but they rented out our room again to another but said to talk to the manager after 2. We came back to a guy wearing a "manager" tag and another who had no name tag. The "manager" refused to speak to us, while the second guy screamed profanities, forced us to leave, and grabbed our receipts. No apologies. Screamed and tried to get rid of the evidence showing our assigned room #.

I thought the property was really clean, breakfast was nice and I had no real problems. I would stay again but the incidental fee is 100.00 which I personally believe is too high. My kids and I came there after the tornado in Houston and our power being out and after staying in 2 other hotels that were just as nice if not better and the incidental fee was only 25.00 and 20.00 so this was really high for us! They did bring it down to $50.00 and I was very very grateful for that because that at least left us with money to eat. The only other thing is that the tv was small and didn’t swivel. They have kinda a set up like the Spinghill suites by Marriot with the beds together and then a couch and sitting area on the other side which I like but the tv doesn’t accommodate both sides. It would be nice to have 2 tvs, one in both areas or have it swivel so both areas can watch it in clear view. But overall the hotel was really nice I would definitely stay again if the incidental fee wasn’t so high. Spring Hill suites by Marriott is only 20.00 a night so why are you guys so high?

We are a family with 3 small children and stayed 5 nights. It was clean, quiet and accommodating for what we needed. Only complaint was the shower head accompanied with high water pressure actually hurt. Breakfast was the same every day, but not bad. Waffles, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, cereal, etc.

Left the property almost immediately after checking in with my daughter. There was a homeless person right outside the door when i was walking in and after being denied a room he walked out again and stood by the door watching who was coming in and out. I immediately recognized the surroundings around the hotel and did not feel as if it was a safe place for two ladies let alone a kid nor did i feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot. In the back of the hotel there was a man smoking a cigarette who was roaming around the vehicles looking into the ones he could and paced between the hotel and the buildings in the joined parking lot. I watched from my room above the entry several groups of men weaving in and out of vehicles looking in the windows and circling the parking lot. I made expedia aware and they were fantastic about getting us relocation and attempting to get me my refund but even after alerting the hotel that i felt unsafe the hotel refused my refund. I was blessed enough to be able to borrow money from a friend to get a room in a better part of town with a parking garage but if i wasnt able to have done that, me and my daughter would have been stuck. The facilities were very clean but i do not feel like it is a safe facility.

Front desk (Maria) was very nice and helped us a lot when we had trouble with our reservation. Gave my kids complimentary snacks. My room was great, very clean, although the shower head should be changed so the water pressure is not so strong.

My stay was amazing . My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our selves staff was extra friendly . I do believe the hotel hosted a little league baseball team & the kids were a little loud and running above us . But we still enjoyed our stay and had fun . I mean their kids in a hotel so we didn’t even care to complain .

First arrived and was greeted by a friendly lady. The room was exceptionally welcoming and clean. My wife and I love the pillows and bed. Breakfast was delicious with hot bacon, scrambled eggs, and hash potatoes, bread, danish, yogurts, waffles, hot cakes, coffee and juice.the kitchen lady kept everything clean and hot. The next morning we bumped into the lady again and she was very happy to see us and treat us like VIPs. I think she was the manager. ( Hanna Cao ) She even offered if my wife wanted water. She said if everything was good? I said Yes! She mentioned it's the owner's priority to give hotel guests good services and food. I also learned the hotel is only 5 years old. On our way up my wife noticed the maintenance guy cleaning the AC filter. No wonder it's feel fresh in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Two thumbs up to Ms. Cao and her team! Thank you.
