Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston NW - Cypress Grand Pky, an IHG Hotel

My family and I was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Always clean. The beds are comfortable and sheets are clean. Loved the TV channel selection. If possible please offer free water bottles (may be 2 -3) in the room. Us with families will appreciate that.

I love this hotel for our family and will bookmark it for the future. Clean and awesome breakfast and great staff.

Friendliest front desk staff ever! We booked a double bed with sleeper sofa suite. When we checked in we were given a double bed room because we were told that’s how it was booked through hotels.com. I said ok I’d dispute it with them, not Holiday Inn fault.i couldn’t find online where to dispute but busy with family so would figure it out Monday. Property manager called me & walked me through reimbursement with hotels.com. There’s a reason we choose Holiday Inn Express.

I was very satisfied with the location and facilities here. But the staff at check-in were very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I've never had an experience like this in any hotel. (I think it was probably the employee who temporarily handled check-in when the front desk staff member was away for a while.) I couldn't find any respect or even the slightest kindness from that employee. Moreover, the employee continued to look at the child with a very unpleasant look as he took the free cookies. I want to ask why the employee did that. I think the first step in creating an impression of a hotel for travelers is the check-in time. I believe that even if it is not extreme hospitality, the staff's minimal consideration and respect for guests has a very large impact in determining satisfaction with the hotel. I'm sure no guest would want to be treated like that by hotel staff while paying for their own stay. I really can't recommend it enough. Especially if you're not white!

Great location, close to family.

The shower was amazing with their Dove products. The floors, carpet needed a little more vacuuming. My door key only worked the first day and had to go down after a long day visiting family. One person was working the night desk and had to accommodate other guests. Understandable. Will stay there again.

We were there for baseball tournament. Staff was very nice and kids hung out in the lobby staff was very accommodating. Very clean great location when playing at premier baseball.
