The hotel was very nice but one of the staff a tall Indian man who worked the first night treated me and my son like trash and acted like we were not welcome at all. All other staff was great and yes there was other Indian staff that was awesome just one that acted like he hated a white man with a mixed kid

As soon as we enter the lobby i knew it was going to be a good experience, it smelled so clean and rooms were clean as well, breakfast every morning. Nice and clean hotel to spend time with the family or alone. Will recommend

Great staff and great stay with the family. We had to work from their business area, they had a lot of seating to accommodate everyone.

My family stayed here over a weekend during the holidays. We found out Saturday morning that they hotel did not have any hot water. The problem had existed since Tuesday of that week according to another guest that we spoke to but we weren’t notified prior to check in or during check in by the staff. Also, the breakfast is basically oatmeal and yogurt which was disappointing. Last, the elevators were very noisy and had an error light flashing on the first floor. Overall it appeared that this was a fairly new hotel so I’m surprised it had all these issues but we won’t be staying here anymore.

We absolutely loved the hotel decor. Very retro/modern, and very clean. It has a really chill vibe to it. The rooms were great..very clean & comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast selection was really good..there was something for everyone. Two thumbs up. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel and staff were very nice. Good breakfast and nice common area for the kids to hang out. The beds are very soft, so we woke up with back aches but other than that it was a great stay

Breakfast was mediocre and we kept hitting our knees on the bed frame, but other than that very clean and comfy for my family.

Arrived at 9pm to check in and was told the room (that I prepaid for) was ”already sold”. I was at the check in counter for 1 full hour while the woman was on the phone with what I’m assuming was a manager trying to find a room to put myself and children in. We finally got a room and were able to get tired kids to bed. The next morning we received a call from the front desk asking for hotels.com to reach out to them. So I called and wasted another 30 minutes of my morning explaining the situation and being put on hold- to get nothing but a “thanks for notifying us”. Upon check out, I asked for a copy of my bill and was told by the same gentleman that called my room that he was “still working with the third party” and they would send me a copy of my receipt. One would think after all the trouble I had to go through to do both hotels.com and tru hotel to do their jobs, I would recover some of the money I gave to them in advance. Nope, I couldn’t even get a copy of the receipt…even over a week after my stay. I won’t make the mistake of using hotels.com or staying there again.

The hotel was clean and there was the same lady at the desk every time I walked out the front doors. The bathroom sink was clogged and the beds were horrible. My family woke up with back aches. This was my first time trying the hotel and if the beds were better I would definitely visit them again.
