Went to see my children and a good friend in hospital the property was great , awesome location the staff was amazing took care of our every need .

The bed was super dirty, I wish I could post the pictures here. It was heavily stained and there were crumbs. There were also stains on the light switched and vanity. When my kids and I went back to the car the next morning my kids freaked because it looked like someone had been murdered and there was a trail of blood from the parking spot next to us, it was motor oil but still. With the crumbs, the dog barking at 4 am and mysterious trail, I would not recommend thus hotel to anyone.

There was a broken window at the south end of the hall. Non-tempered glass. Just a sheet of glass in two pieces waiting a little kid or drunk adult to lean on it and go through it. I notified management and nothing was done when we checked out 24 hrs later. Not a repair, not a sheet of cardboard, not masking tape, not a “Caution” sign. A child had a potty accident in the pool. They didn’t close the pool or clean the pool. A pack of unleashed chihuahuas is walked from a room to the grass outside several times a day by a man who appears to live full time in the hotel.
