Comfy beds, clean, great breakfast with a ton to choose from, the waffles were AMAZING!! Indoor pool & hot tub were a hit for the kids!! Convenient location to everything.

We had two rooms for 4 nights. Both rooms had issues with the shower drain. The first night both drains emptied slowly. We had no less than 2 inches of water. The second night both drains stopped up. I called the front desk. Maintenance was not available until the next day. So, we didn't take showers. Maintenance said they fixed both drains. The drains started emptying slower for each person's shower. The 4th night the drains were completely clogged again. And, two of us were unable to take showers. The front desk said maintenance should be available in about an hour. After an hour they didn't show. We were planning on early in morning. So, we checked out and asked if the manager would give us a discount on the rooms for our inconvenience. He refused and charged us for the 4th night. We have stayed at several Comfort Inns in the past. However, we will never stay at this location, and we travel to this area every year to visit family.

This location was awesome. My family of five slept in their two bed queen suite. It was clean, AC works good, comfortable space. The only downside is every other day housekeeping.

Everything was good, clean, and friendly staff. The air in one room had issues but my kids did not tell me until we were leaving, so the staff did not have a chance to fix it, that ones on us. I’m sure they would’ve fixed it if they knew.

Great location for a quick birthday surprise dinner for family. Staff was wonderful!

2nd week long stay at this property in 3 years. Originally had chosen a different 'new' brand property, as this one did not come up in Hotels.com site, but after making that reservation several months early, recent reviews on this site turned extremely negative and so I canceled that one and booked this property. Regular housekeeping only every other day but they will clean every day is asked. Breakfast not this best but is adequate for an included breakfast. We only ate 2 of the 6 days as our vacation was to spend time with Texas family. Friendly staff and not too crowded. Indoor pool refreshing on these hot summer days and out of the sun which we needed for a break from sitting out watching a long weekend baseball tournament for our grandson. Location convenient near I35 with several restaurant very close. We will choose again next time we come back to Ft Worth.
