This isn’t a new hotel but it’s clean and spacious. The valet is $42 which is a bit spendy in my book. Great place if you’re traveling with family.

Great stay for a family of five. Breakfast had many options!

The room was not very clean. Lots kid crumbs/dust in the corner. A dirty pillow case behind a door, etc. the bed had wood slats coming out that we hit our shins k. The staff, when reporting a broken coffee maker, were not very helpful. The in-hotel Starbucks hardly offered any specialty drinks. A poor rating and dissatisfaction all around.

Staff were wonderful from valet to check-in and everything in between. Everyone was on point and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service this hotel brings, you don't see that as much anymore. Plenty of room for our family in the room, and the hotel pool and breakfast were both enjoyed. Breakfast was above and beyond a typical free breakfast at most places. Great location and just wonderful all around. We will definitely stay here again. Only criticism I could possibly even give would be the bathroom is on the smaller side but it got the job done. Great place to stay.

Don’t stay here. It’s dated. Very dirty rooms. Indoor pool was gross. My grandchildren were itching and so was I. The sheets are rough. Not worth the money. I have stayed at another Embassy Suite before in Lexington Ky. It’s beautiful, clean, and had great service.

Loved amenities and location . Worked well for our family with the suite. Rooms and bathroom was looking used need to be freshened up .

The front desk staff and valet were amazing! We got our first room and I saw there had been water damage on the ceiling (they are renovating) and I asked to be moved to a new room for fear of mold as I get really sick. They moved us and were able to keep us on the same floor with family. The breakfast is really good too! We would definitely stay there again.

The reviews I read from other people kind of had me hesitant to stay here but I had already booked it so we did. It didn't seem outdated to me, especially for the price point that they charged. The staff was generally nice. The reception was fun and breakfast was wonderful. My one complaint is the pool was disgusting and whenever we would ask the desk they would tell us that there was no one there that could clean it that they would be in at 9:00 a.m. The next morning so the next morning we were prepared to let the kids swim and nobody had cleaned it. So I called the front desk to ask them if anybody would be in and she said yes soon. But by the time we checked out at 11:00, the pool was still covered in skin scum.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance from Central Station and to Sundance Square and great restaurants. Beds are very comfortable. Room is great. Having closed door to bedroom was especially nice with kids. And having TV in bedroom and living area was great. Each kid could play or watch what they wanted. Free wi-fi thank you. Breakfast buffet was really good. My only complaints would be hotel could use some up grades…replace worn carpeting. And the pool…wow. I’ve seen hot tubs bigger. Lol. The lady that checked us in was great and very thoughtful. Put us on the 8th floor so we’d have easy access to the pool. We did use the pool but it is small and decided to leave when few other families came. Overall great stay and would stay here again. Customer service, cleanliness and location win over pool size and worn carpet.
