Staff was wonderful, we were there for taekwondo during a busy day weekend of July 4th and comic con- check in was a little snafu but it was handled quickly and the front desk was great, limited Starbucks coffee bar was awesome, loved our little suite, breakfast is a great selection! Breakfast alone made us choose this hotel because of the early sparring matches we had it was great we didn’t have to go running around looking for food to feed kids who were about to spar at 6am. Pool was a little small def more so for like 3-4 families to enjoy at a time, The Texas bbq shrimp from the hotel restaurant is AMAZING everything was walkable and safe honestly for the room, the breakfast and the option of some Starbucks coffee alone made this so worth every dollar! Friendly staff

This isn’t a new hotel but it’s clean and spacious. The valet is $42 which is a bit spendy in my book. Great place if you’re traveling with family.

The room was not very clean. Lots kid crumbs/dust in the corner. A dirty pillow case behind a door, etc. the bed had wood slats coming out that we hit our shins k. The staff, when reporting a broken coffee maker, were not very helpful. The in-hotel Starbucks hardly offered any specialty drinks. A poor rating and dissatisfaction all around.

Staff were wonderful from valet to check-in and everything in between. Everyone was on point and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service this hotel brings, you don't see that as much anymore. Plenty of room for our family in the room, and the hotel pool and breakfast were both enjoyed. Breakfast was above and beyond a typical free breakfast at most places. Great location and just wonderful all around. We will definitely stay here again. Only criticism I could possibly even give would be the bathroom is on the smaller side but it got the job done. Great place to stay.

Don’t stay here. It’s dated. Very dirty rooms. Indoor pool was gross. My grandchildren were itching and so was I. The sheets are rough. Not worth the money. I have stayed at another Embassy Suite before in Lexington Ky. It’s beautiful, clean, and had great service.

The front desk staff and valet were amazing! We got our first room and I saw there had been water damage on the ceiling (they are renovating) and I asked to be moved to a new room for fear of mold as I get really sick. They moved us and were able to keep us on the same floor with family. The breakfast is really good too! We would definitely stay there again.

The reviews I read from other people kind of had me hesitant to stay here but I had already booked it so we did. It didn't seem outdated to me, especially for the price point that they charged. The staff was generally nice. The reception was fun and breakfast was wonderful. My one complaint is the pool was disgusting and whenever we would ask the desk they would tell us that there was no one there that could clean it that they would be in at 9:00 a.m. The next morning so the next morning we were prepared to let the kids swim and nobody had cleaned it. So I called the front desk to ask them if anybody would be in and she said yes soon. But by the time we checked out at 11:00, the pool was still covered in skin scum.
