Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth Downtown/Blackstone

We found the location very convenient for trips to lakes, stockyards, 6 Flags and walkable downtown nightlife. The area is family friendly with lots to do from ages 0-90. We wish the hotel bar had stayed open past 10pm for more time to unwind after dinner, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Terrace rooms offer a bit of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the skyline.

Really nice hotel. Loved the history behind it and great update of the entire space. Fantastic location, lots to see and do in the area. Staff were very nice and accommodating. We also took advantage of the pool one evening and my kid loved the color changing lights under water. Lots of friendly people at the bar and service was fast. Lastly, our train was delayed on departure day and the hotel held our bags so we could check out and get a bite to eat. Upon returning, we chilled out in a tucked away area with their free wifi, sofas, chairs, and lots of plugs to keep us comfortable until we needed to leave. Unfortunately, the cars driving around Friday and Saturday nights thumping their bass until midnight got old for my young kid. But that is not the hotel's fault, just know before you go! Perhaps a room facing away from the street would be better if street noise is an issue. Cost was great, so would definitely consider staying here again.
