We had 3 rooms for a family meet up. This place was awesome. All the people we dealt with very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were great. Both ladies that served them were so sweet and kind. Guest services were nice and helpful. The lady that helped us check-in the first day went above and beyond and helped us with our next day's reservation. The manager he was extremely helpful and also went above and beyond with a situation that came up. We will definitely return next year.

Booked this hotel for one night and liked it so much we booked again on our return trip. Great for kids and hotel staff was very accommodating. Everything was great about our stay.

The PLUS in this Best Western is the staff! Friendly, helpful, always busy! Very welcoming especially with pets! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was very good! We were visiting family and it worked out great! Highly recommend, with or without pets! It's very comfortable!

Had a lovely stay here! Staff were friendly and we appreciated the complimentary snacks, and burgers for dinner! A wonderful stop along the highway. Our king suite felt dated, but was comfortable. Though, my kids complained about the uncomfortable sofa bed (metal parts poking their backs).

Very spacious room and there is a decent size of refrigerator and microwave in the room which is great for family travelers. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and tentative.

My family of 4 stayed at the Best Western Plus overnight on our way to Carlsbad Caverns. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel served complimentary dinner and breakfast! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has easy highway access.

First hotel I have been to with a fenced dog area. Great price overall. Free dinner and nice breakfast. Indoor pool was great for the kids during the winter.

We have been staying here a couple of times a year for five or six years or so. It is perfectly situated for our back and forth to family, and has two dog run areas. It isn’t fancy, but clean and friendly. This visit we saw definite signs of neglect. Small things that start to add up—non-slip decals in shower were missing and it was slippery; cover on room hvac broken off; mildew in places. We hope they don’t let it get away from them. We like our stays.
