One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Checked in the room was hot and smelled of mildew and mold. Immediately had a complaint from room below that they heard footsteps and stomping, so after driving all day and unpacking my family of 7 we decided to move rooms to the 1st floor. When we got into that room it was worst then the 1st very hot mildew smell was worse, sheets were damp and my young children had issues sleeping due to the smell and condition of the room. Everyone woke up coughing and not feeling well. Apon checking out I told them the situation and was told no refunds or even discounts could be given. Will never stay or recommend this hotel in the future. For 180 dollars a night I would expect better.

Wonderful staff and very well-equipped hotel room! This is exactly what a hotel should be like. Separate area for sleeping /dining/living area with desk and chair. Set up is very spacious. For a family, the kitchen area with a sink, counter, two top cabinets, good size fridge with shelves, microwave and a large cabinet by the fridge, you have everything you need except a sponge and dish soap which we just bought while there. Bathroom is large consession area is also a plus for snack/microwavable meals/drinks. Breakfast from 630-930 is convenient and there are many options for food/drinks. Housekeeping is top notch and friendly. We LOVED our 4 night stay here!!

Staff very nice. We were put in a handicapped room with kids. No tub to give baths! Handicap shower in very bad condition...feels like you're going to fall thru floor in one spot. Felt the price was too high for this room. Beds not sturdy, every time your spouse moves the whole bed riggles terrible. Used washer dryer....clothes still not dry after two run thru cycles. Disappointed.

The guy at the front desk was friendly enough, could barley hear him over the talking and yelling of about a dozen children running around and their parents talking loudly in the lobby and first floor hallway. Was told by the friendly guy at the desk that the elevator only went up and not down, so we could take it to the second floor but would have to use the stairs to come back down. Didn't make since to me either so we opted just to take the stairs. Got to the second floor and more kids running up and down the hall. Entered our decent but run down room, I've stayed in worse, and dropped our bags so we could eat our dinner that we brought. We could still hear kids running on our floor and above us and just wondered how many there actually were, it was only about 8:00/8:30 so we weren't to disturbed by it yet. I went into the restroom and saw a roach run across the wall and that's what sealed the deal, we finished our dinner grabbed our bags and I walked back down to check out. We might of stayed in the room for about 30 minutes just to finish our dinner. I do not know how the beds felt sleeping on them, we did not turn on the tv or use the microwave or tiny refrigerator.

Wonderful place to stay. Safe, family friendly, nice pool, and great staff.
