Hyatt Place El Paso Airport

This was the worst Hyatt stay for us. There were pet hair everywhere in our room. My family is allergic to pet hairs. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Due to location and cleanliness we would not recommend this to anyone travelling with kids.

The room hotel was not good the shower was so bad water stop not going down, room Smell not good.and only 1 shampoo and 1 soap for the room, me and my family we don't like it this room

We booked two rooms but because we arrived late on Thursday, we were unable to get them in close proximity. However, on Friday morning, they were able to accommodate a move from one room on a separate floor to right next door to the other. Their included breakfast provides a great selection from scrambled eggs and sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, donuts, muffins, bagels, fruit as well as coffee, milk, and juice. Breakfast ends at 9 am weekdays and 10 am weekends which is great for the weary traveler to sleep in a little before heading down to start the day with a great breakfast. Also, we forgot to pack toothpaste so I sent one of the kids down to the lobby to purchase some and they returned with a complimentary travel size. They apparently provide items for free or at a low cost if you forget to pack anything.
