We stood with family & baseball teammates. It was a great experience. Quick checkin, $20 deposit, warm pool, comfy beds, good breakfast, convenient location.

My family and I had a nice stay here. Their continental breakfast was great with excellent food. It was a quick one night stop on to our final destination. It was a nice room and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was not great clean. the mirrors were streaked. Looked like they were cleaned with a dirty towel. There was a family there with several children and they were running up and down the 4th floor hallways until 1am. The HVAC system in the room was not working. We were told the hotel was full but that we would receive 10,000 points for our discomfort. At check out I informed the lady at the check out desk about my issues and the verbal promise of 10,000 point. I asked to get in writing before leaving and the manager (Sergio I believe was his name) said he couldn't do that. I still haven't received anything. If they are taught to lie. They should be tought how to do better, period.

The hotel was in a great location. A lot of businesses near by. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was clean and kids enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend.

This property was clean and comfortable! The main feature which stood out was the trundle sofa bed. Having 2 separate sleeping spaces on the pullout sofa as opposed to our 2 youngest “sharing a bed”, combined with the fact that this sleeping area had a 2nd tv, made the night like a fun slumber party. Highly recommend for families with small children! (There’s also a large fish tank in the lobby which is fun for kids too!)

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to restaurants and stores. The only thing is that the staff seemed to lack awareness. They vacuumed while I was trying to get an issue resolved. I had an issue with the authorization hold on my card. When I tried to explain my issue/concerns to the front desk I didn’t feel like I was being heard or understood. Overall it was a nice stay though. We had many family members and friends stay there a during the same trip. We would stay again.
