In town for family parties. This was the easiest check-in I have ever done in my life and they were super nice about our dogs.

Everywhere i went in the hotel it was extremely cleanliness great customer service upon check in me and my family will definitely be back to stay

The room we reserved did not have a functioning A/C so when we checked in they put us in another room. So, my wife, child and I got to share a king bed with some other unwanted guests. Bedbugs! When I woke up the next morning I noticed several bites on my body; I mentioned this to my wife and after I returned from breakfast, she confirmed my suspicions - bedbugs. I talked with the front desk and they were apologetic and switched us to another room later that day. Needless to say, with the June Texas heat and about 20 bites on my person, it made for a miserable vacation. When I checked out I asked the hotel what they intended to do as we were immensely inconvenienced by this and their response was nothing since we booked through Expedia. So there you go! Also, they only had 4 chairs out at the pool.

I booked a trip to Dallas to attend couple of parties. I requested a double bed room so four of us (myself, spouse, two kids) could stay together. Upon arrival, the receptionist stated the room with double bed has faulty air-conditioner, and allocated us with a king bed room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed could only accommodate only one person, so I had to leave my two kids with a fried to stay two days. The room with two double beds was never given to us for the entire duration of our stay. And we had to keep our kids separate from us for the duration.

I like the location. I didn't like that i was trying to check in little bit earlier due to we were there for a family funeral, i explained to the front desk associate but he didn't cared. I have staying in others hotels before they let us check in earlier but not in this location even though are traveling was not for pleasure.

Although it was a non-smoking facility, with signs everywhere, which is fine, the entire building smelled of marijuana. Every floor. When traveling with children this is a problem.

Stayed here for one night before flying home the following morning. Checked in online ahead of time so the process at the front desk was very quick once we arrived. Rooms are decently sized with a mini fridge and microwave if needed. The bed was comfortable however sound did carry quite heavily from the hallway - doors slamming and kids shouting. Bathroom was well stocked but the shower had several stray hairs in it prior to use. The hotel is meant to be a non smoking property but the halls and rooms smelled of smoke. Next to a mall if you're looking for something to pass the time. As far as the hotel goes, it's an okay place to stay at if you're just passing through and don't want to spend a lot of money. However, we booked this hotel due to the free shuttle service to and from the airport but I would strongly caution against it - at least with the driver we had. We had the same driver in the evening and morning and issues consisted of him not slowing down for speed bumps whatsoever, rolling through stop signs, coming to lurching stops, forgetting we were in the van waiting to be dropped off at the hotel and locking us in the van for 15 minutes while he went into a gas station, him swearing under his breath, departing in the morning with the back door fully open, drifting in between lanes the entire way there and being honked at by other traffic. We were legitimately concerned this man was falling asleep at the wheel and were terrified the whole way.

Short stay between family gathering and next day flight. Really impressed by how nice it all was, room and common areas. Very clean, up to date. Linens bright white, good quality, comfortable. Room not huge but everything we needed, perfect for our purpose. And … great price!

The location is perfect, shopping and mall within walking distance. It’s hot!!!! We had the ac set to 60 and our room is super uncomfortable, staying at a steady 75 degrees. It’s cooler outside than inside. We have to get a new set of keys everytime we leave the room because they demagnetize which is super inconvenient with a toddler and dog in tow.

The front desk clerk was very welcoming, knowledgeable and even allowed me to checkout an hour later due to our departure was a lot later not to mention I was traveling alone with my two kids.
