We actually really enjoyed our stay but the front desk needs to improve their attitude. We were double charged instead of having incidentals on hold. I called 11/18 and the lady was nice, said she’d get it refunded but it didn’t. Just called 12/4 and the lady cut me off, told me to call back and hung up. I didn’t even have a chance to respond. It is so disrespectful to hang up on someone. It’s been almost a month since our stay (mind you it was one night) and we still haven’t received a refund. We have family close by and were considering staying here again but the front desk has totally ruined that chance

Stayed for a weekend for SX at ATT Stadium, perfect distance and easy travel to and from the stadium. Great quiet hotel, very nice amenities. We actually loved having a mini kitchen due to our kiddo, heating/making food for the baby. Very family friendly, great breakfast as well! Loved our stay :)
