This hotel was rather isolated with few dining options nearby. The.front desk clerks were not helpful or friendly.Our stay was during the World Cup Soccer meets and it was full of fans who were SO loud. The pool was crowded with far too many children (unsupervised). They also ran uo and down the halls until very late. The shuttle to the airport was excellent. The driver was especially helpful!!

The stay was horrible. There were cigarettes in the room from the last stayers and no microwave. Breakfast was 30$ per person! None of the ice machines worked on all floors. My room did not have a remote control to the TV and could not be manually changed. I asked the front desk for the remote and they said they would bring us one..... 3 hours later i went back and asked again...same thing. I finally got a remote control to watch TV in my room the next morning, few hours before check out. The swimming pool was freezing cold and children were shivering trying to swim, resulting in getting out the pool. The whole purpose of us getting the room was to go for a swim. Marriot normally provides excellent, clean service but this was the worse stay ever in life. Once i complained to the manager they only offered some points in my account that i STILL dont see has been added yet!!!!
