Comfort Inn & Suites Cedar Hill Duncanville

Excellent location - considering the different parts of the Dallas metro areas I had to go to. The room was quiet (I slept like a baby. Really), and the access to nearby services (gas, costco, target, restaurants, etc.) could not be beat. This was/is a good choice for anyone coming into the area to consider.

Our stay was amazing. We love it since we saw the entrance, my kids loved how comfortable the room feel, also smells really good...the breakfast, gym everything so good...we will be back!!

I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn hotel that has been this ran down and this was by far the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. The carpet was filthy, the furniture is worn, the bathroom has an odor, we had throw pillows instead real pillows and the GNATS!! Lastly, it really would have been easier to just say no “Black”, “African American” people allowed than to be treated with such disgust.Jackie is the WORST! My room was nasty and had GNATS everywhere. I told her about it and her response to me was “deal with it.” “There are gnats all over Texas.” I said to her, “I don’t see them everywhere but they are not supposed to be in my room.” She then replied, “Well, I can shut it down and check you out now!” I really hope that you are recording the communication between your staff because this lady was / is the epitome of rude and disrespectful. She told me that I could leave or deal with it. Unfortunately, I was there to bury a family member and had no choice in the matter. That bothered me the most. I stood in that lobby waiting for other family members and saw how she interacted with people of other races and it was nothing like the way she treated me. She has the most kind expression and tone dealing with others. No, it was not a one off situation because while I was in the lobby, she got loud and disrespect with another family. Upon arriving at the hotel the outside appearance was promising and the night staff was friendly, However me and my family woke up with insect bites all over us not sure what kind of insects. The next day I spoke with the Desk Manager who had NO customer service asked me what did I want him to do I didn’t even ask for any financial compensation simply another room. The other room that was given was a suite and it was not very clean the curtains had stains as well as the carpet this was the WORST experience I have ever had and will NOT EVER stay at this location. The owner/owners need to put some money into this property and renovate the rooms.
