They booked the 2 rooms for me for tonights Early in the day. I messaged about it particular accommodations for my service animal. I also stopped looking for a room. Upon getting off work as a first responder during the hurricane, I had my children, my animals, and everyone home ready to go when I got off we loaded up. We moved over to the property and they were closed, They were still taking bookings, And no one has yet today to respond to any of my questions through the chat with the hotel. They also would not allow transfer to a different hotel in the same chain that was open and did have a room. I’ve yet received my money back or any communications. I spent that many many hours last minute finding something and I’ve had zero contact in regards to a follow up or an apology or my money…

Alesandro was amazing! He's top notch when it comes to customer service. We arrived from out of town for a family funeral and asked if we could check in an hour early? He was gracious enough to allow us to do that which gave us time to tidy up before we headed out. This location is new so everything was very clean and the beds were comfy! I would recommend this location for sure. It's in a good location in Crosby!

The hotel is about a year and a half old in August of 2023. Still in great condition. Well, one of our rooms didn’t have ac. The clerk advised us to unplug and plug back in but then quickly changed that to putting us in a different room. AC worked great and we were comfy, so was the rest of the family in their room. The breakfast could have used some variety as it was comprised of carbs only. However, not many hotels give a free breakfast anymore so it is not a complaint. I was just hoping for a few more items.
