The place is very clean and well kept. I made reservation in advance for a room with 2 queen bed since we are a family of 4. When I checked in, I was told the room was sold out and not available. They can only give me a room with 1 king bed. This is very inconvenience as we would like our spaces. I was unable to book for another place to stay in the surrounding area as all room with double queen bed was sold out for that weekend.

Didn't get much sleep as the neighbors baby was crying most of the night and kids screaming hitting the walls.

The security guard was exceptional and went above and beyond. We had a minir issue with our dog being a cry baby while we went to an event in downtown houston and when we arrived back at the room he was understanding and helpful. He would be the reason we return back to this hotel. Sad we couldn’t remember his name but yessss great customer service! Yall are lucky to have such a great employee
