I feel this hotel is kinda like a middle child - overlooked. Before we got to the hotel I was sent an email asking if I would like housekeeping service every day, I replied "yes". When we got there we found all kinds of "dust bunnies' on the hardwood floor. When we left for the day we asked if they could also wash the floor while they were straightening up. When we got back that night, the room was not touched at all. The next day we complain and they did clean our room. Not a well maintained place. There were paint drips all over the floor and the hardware in the bathroom; painters were very sloppy. The breakfast was ok, however they way it is laid out, you were on top of everyone to get anything. And I am very glad it was not that hot, because the A/C was VERY loud. C'mon Marriot!! You can do better. p.s. I was going to take pictures, but thought better of it.

Great concept. But falls short on maintenance and cleanliness. Lots of room and space for our family. But some outlets and lamps did not work. There were smudgy fingerprints all over the refrigerator. Also found hairs in the sheet and a questionable stain on the bathroom door.

Easily one of my favorites in the Marriott family, regardless of location. Staff here are great, lobby area is always inviting and breakfast is top-notch!

Our stay was great and we had excellent service from the staff. Leonta was a standout and treated my family very kind.

BEWARE!!! I originally booked my reservation via Hotels.com. No issues with Hotels.com...however, the hotel itself is a different story. Upon checking in at tentatively 10pm I was charged a $100 non-refundable pet fee & had to provide my credit card. A little steep, but not that much of a big deal. (We have a little shitzu-maltese mix) My family got up to the room with our luggage and passed out. We woke up about 8am the next morning, ate breakfast and immediately departed. I finally got around to checking my credit card statement a week later to find that not only was I charged $370 instead of $100 on the date of our stay but there was an additional $140 and another $600 6 days after our departure....for wopping $1000 over what I should have been. Upon noticing the suspicious charges I called the hotel. I begin by stating my name and the date my family had stayed and the front desk personnel (female) Without hesitation & interrupting me she immediately says 'Ma'am I have already spoken to you, and I relayed your concerns to our manager about the suspicious charges & she is handling it." I am kind of confused considering I have never called on it until now. So I inform her I have not called about the charges, and that this is the first time I am calling. She acts confused and insists I call back the next day. Now...this is Dallas & this is a busy hotel. I believe she knew my name because I was targeted. I called my credit to claim the fraudulent charges immediately.
