After a long trip and looking forward to relax, we meet up with the receptionist giving us dirty looks and not making eye contact. Just so so rude without looking up says “name”? We had a reservation, couldn’t find it just kept us waiting and plus wanting debit card for extra $25 for making reservation. I was signing to pay and just horribly keeps pulling on paper for me finish!!!! She proceeds to throw our room cards on counter, no thanks and no nothing! Didn’t know where elevators were. No ice machines on floors and to top it off pool was closed for maintenance! We came to Cleburne Tx for a family reunion for a week but just stayed one night especially because of that lady. We just went to hotel next door for following days plus told all out of town family members to stay away!

Our room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. Hallways were clean, but this facility is under MAJOR remodeling. I mean, major. Pool is out of service. There was breakfast but it was all pre-cooked, pre-packed. It was not buffet because of the remodeling. We always bring our own food so that was not a big deal for us. The wifi was confusing and we could not log into it without a popup saying we might be charged $4.95. We didnt know if that was a daily rate, or what, so we didnt use it. Everything that was not under construction was neat and clean and our room was cool (100 temps outside). I feel like the staff were really working hard to make up for the modeling. They were always very generous if we needed extra washclothes, etc. Once renovations are done, we will definitely try them again. The staff were all very kind and helpful. If just adults are traveling, even with the remodeling going on, it would be an ok place to stay, but might be a little difficult for families with little kids with no pool, and construction equipment around a good portion of the outside of hotel. They did discount our room, without us even asking, which I thought was very nice of them. It's a quiet, safe location just a,minute or so from stores. Im not saying not to stay here, but just be aware of the remodeling.

Very upset that there was nothing on Expedia saying the pool was under repair and has been for quite awhile. One purpure we picked this hotel was so the grandkids could come swimming. VERY disappointed.

The pool is great with my grandchildren. The location is very convenient.Breakfast was yummy. I was okay with room cleaning as requested. Some of the room furniture (TV stand/dresser) is worn and should be replaced. Overall a super stay! Great staff!

My daughter, her three children and I were in a Queen Suite. The room was big and divided by large desk which gave the illusion of two rooms. The kids were thrilled with the indoor pool.

I read several reviews about this hotel before I booked and the only thing I found to be true was that the rooms are not too sound proof, because there was a baby in the room next to me crying, but I just turned the tv volume up, to help fade out the cry, other than that I loved the place my daughter enjoyed the indoor pools.

Only one night for a family funeral. The faculties were adequate and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent.

Pros:Great room, very nice and clean and the beds where super comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and the great workout room. Compaired to other hotels the breakfast was pretty good. Cons: Being picky, but we were in a king suite and the bed wasn't near the a/c and it was kinda hot, and we also needed extra blankets for the kids on the pull out sofa (in front of the air) and we had to tell the front desk a few times before they brought them. Overall next time I'm in the area we will stay there again and I would definitely recommend it.

We were in town for our niece's wedding. The hotel staff was great. Everyone was so accommodating. We had ALOT of family with small children, stayed up late and had such a great time. Can't say enough about how kind and helpful the staff was. The breakfast was great too. Price was also reasonable.

Horrible stay. we were not informed that it was under renovation, there was no gym or pool. Which is why we booked there. My kids were not able to enjoy a pool, if we knew we would’ve went elsewhere. The sink leaked all over our stuff in the bathroom and the toilet constantly ran.
